• Nylon canvas outer cover, 3/4 inch thick padding all over, and a good zipper guard make the gig bag water-resistant, and provide insulation from changes in temperature and humidity. Keep your bass in its cover when not in play and use humidifiers such as 'Dampits" to maintain a more constant humidity inside the bag even at home/in studio.

• A built-in backpack system is advantageous for those who like having their hands free. Five well-placed sturdy handles make maneuvering the bagged bass a snap.
