This
particular color and grain pattern pernambuco is
a favorite of both Dolling and Lemur.
Characterized as "bois
ondé," wavy wood, it
has a noticable flame to the grain showing on the
head as deeply striated grain patterns that stack
up perfectly. This strong,
flexible wood has been crafted into
the Paris 1999 Award Winner Bass Bow, the Sartory
Historic Copy. It plays quite nicely,
draws a sweet, warm tone,
and is powerful in the
upper register. This would make a great
