RETURNS POLICY: If the Item is not defective, but is not what you expected, i.e., does not fit, wrong color, you didn’t need it after all, etc.
You may return most items within 10 days of receipt if you call us beforehand to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA.) All returns must be authorized - Please, no exceptions. Refunds will be made upon return to our store of unmarked and unused items. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased and must be returned in the original packaging.
Re-stocking fees may be charged on some items that have passed the 10 day period for returns. Please inquire.
Refunds are usually made by the same method as the original payment. Occasionally, we must offer store credit for returned items.
The original outbound shipping & handling charges and the inbound cost of shipment back to our company are all non-refundable.
For your own protection, we encourage you to insure all return shipments. We cannot be responsible for packages that don’t make it back to our store.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS: We try to be fair at all times. We want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from Lemur Music. That being said, there are exceptions to returns. When in doubt, call for clarity. 800-246-2277 or email: email@example.com.
RETURNS POLICY: If the Item is defective or damaged in shipment.
DAMAGED GOODS and PARCELS: Keep all the packing materials and contact Lemur Music immediately. Priority Mail packages are not shipped with insurance, but FedEx packages are. Notify us immediately.
In case of shipping damage for bows or instruments: CALL LEMUR FIRST! So you do not inadvertently void your insurance. This is critical for Bows and Instruments which have very particular Rules of Insurance Coverage. Please allow us to handle all insurance claims. Failure to do so can void your insurance coverage. Defective merchandise must be reported to Lemur within 5 days of receipt. Each manufacturer has their own rules for return & refund of Defective Merchandise. Call or email Lemur for details within 5 days of receipt if you suspect defective merchandise. Don’t wait --- we cannot help you months after the fact.
If the items are coming back to Lemur: With defective merchandise the original shipping charges and the inbound cost of shipment back to our company are refundable. The merchandise must be received back in our store, inspected, and determined to be defective before shipping credit can be issued. Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded, only the cost of regular ground shipping.
If the items are going directly to the manufacturer: You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please let us know if this is the case. We are not known to be heartless.

Mrs. Lemur hates it when we goof up your order, and we try not to tell her we were Asleep at the Wheel. Now we are very embarrassed and will pay for the cost of return and exchange shipping. Please call 800-246-2277. The Lemur Staff.
